No one under the age of eighteen (18) years old may purchase a Blue Hens 50/50 Raffle ticket or claim a prize. Each ticket shall be purchased and belong only to one person.  Only one person shall be entitled to claim the prize associated with a winning ticket.  Winner does not need to be present to win.

Ticket sales conclude at the end of the 1^st half/ 2^nd quarter every game. The winning number will be selected at the end of the season. The person with the winning ticket will be able to go to claim their prize at the Delaware Ticket Office during normal business hours. (Monday through Friday, 9am-4:30pm.)
